Texas born and raised, Fabrizzio started his first business venture at the young age of 20 preparing individual income taxes to help pay for his studies. Soon after he received his degree in Accounting from the University of Texas after which he worked for various fortune 500 companies to include General Electric, ABB, and Philips Electronics. His previous roles included FP&A, M&A, Financial Controller to name a few. In 2011, after seeing a need for the Hispanic community to have readily accessible healthcare information he teamed up with two other partners to launch a tech startup, Salud Medica based out of Puerto Rico. In 2021 after a successful 17-year career at Wyndham Destinations he Co-Founded Live It, a vertically integrated cannabis company. Fabrizzio’s last role as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing with a P&L responsibility of over $250M+combined with his strong financial background makes him a perfect fit to help Live It become a dominant player not just in Puerto Rico but in the Caribbean.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Rafael Cabrera is an entrepreneur at heart with over 15 years of innovation, leadership, and business development experience. His strong background in sales is demonstrated by an impressive $30 million in business to consumer sales throughout his career for a well-known Fortune 500 Company. Prior to launching Live It, Rafael co-founded Salud Medica, a complete online health portal, with over 3.5 million visitors to date, for Spanish-speaking members of the Puerto Rican community seeking health-related information. His passion for making medicinal cannabis more readily available in Puerto Rico is what drives his commitment to make Live It an industry leader in Puerto Rico. From inception to market introduction, growth, maturity, and stability, Rafael is committed to analyzing and optimizing every opportunity to establish Live It Puerto Rico as a leader in cannabis cultivation on this beautiful island. Rafael is married to his wife of 12 years. They have 4 children together.
A native of Camuy, Puerto Rico, Carla Santiago brings over ten years of experience as an entrepreneur with special expertise in project management and civil engineering in both the public and private sectors. She is the owner-operator of a successful Contractor company here on the island with over $6 million of annual revenue. Her skill in design, planning, and construction have strengthened Live It’s ability to get to market in only a year. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering and her most recent experience as a Contractor includes detailed work such as sub-contractor and supplier management, inspection of welding and concrete work-products, performing structural evaluations and implementing forensic engineering. Carla’s passion for cannabis cultivation and the health benefits of cannabis are what drive her to push for Live It to be a success in Puerto Rico. She is married to her husband of 13 years. They have 1 daughter together
Born and raised in Puerto Rico until the age of 13, Liza Batista’s passion for cultivation and innovation in business are what have brought her back to her roots. An established and successful entrepreneur, she is the owner operator of a nation-wide trucking company with almost $5 million in annual revenue. In addition, she has more than 10 years of experience working in cannabis and hemp cultivation. Liza was on the ground, gaining valuable cultivation knowledge at the start of the Colorado recreational marijuana legalization in 2012. More recently, she ran a 40-acre hemp farm in Oregon and managed over 40 employees consisting of trimmers and growers for both indoor green-house, and outdoor, seasons. Her dedication for precision and quality will propel Live It to the forefront as leaders and innovators in the cannabis cultivation industry of Puerto Rico. Liza is married to her husband of 20 years. They have 4 children together.
